OSMOSIS is a Co Working Space that provides freelancers and Digital Nomads with the opportunity to work with high performance in a high level aesthetic and technological space. We provide all the necessary equipment with access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! In more detail, we have a Co Working space with a private meeting room of high technical standards combined with a classic rental regime for a tax seat under conditions or service provision. We offer business space rental with service packages for daily, weekly and monthly rental. Also, the meeting room with simultaneous TV and built-in camera and microphone is also rented by the hour for business presentations or closed live or remote seminars of 6-8 people.

Freelancer co-housing is one of the benefits of Osmosis. Think of it as a phone plan with absolutely no time commitment!

A prospective partner of Osmosis Co Working Space is a potential pillar of a longer cooperation and trust that we aim for. But in order to achieve this, people and situations must be tested within a common workplace, which is modern for today’s digital requirements.

In addition to the benefits of our Co Working Space, in the Basic package (€250/month) for co-housing engineers, we offer a classic rental regime for a tax office and unlimited use of landline and mobile phones. We also provide zero participation in the water and utility bill and a small participation in the electricity bill.

Osmosis provides those looking for a professional workspace with a wealth of benefits that offer comfort and functionality.

More specifically, in all our packages we provide a fixed work desk with chest of drawers, anatomical chair, individual wardrobe with lock as well as a private meeting space.

The Internet connection is high-speed either via Wifi or via an ethernet port, while we also provide a multi-machine for printing and scanning.

For your comfort, Osmosis has air conditioning with remote control automation combined with a remote controlled shading system.

Our kitchen area is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave oven, teapot, kettle and toaster as well as all coffee appliances.

For your relaxation, we provide a lounge area where you can relax whenever you need a break.

In the area of ​​security, we have cameras and an external security roll with remote control automation.

Our office space rental service packages are divided into 2 main categories.

In the 1st Category you can have access to our site 09:00-21:00 from Monday to Sunday while in the 2nd Category you have unlimited access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your presence can be daily, weekly, for 14 days or even for the whole month. 

All facilities and infrastructure of the site are free for all financial packages without extra charge.

The only difference is for the stationary workstation. If the offices are occupied, then the person interested in the day package will be placed in the private conference room.

Our conference room can be rented by the hour and each hour of use costs €15. Price does not include VAT tax 24%.

In all our packages regarding office rental by the hour or the day, Osmosis policy is the same and specific steps are followed.

You should first fill in the interest form that you will find on our website. Afterwards, we will send you the private agreement with the detailed price list which you should return to us signed.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will be sent instructions for entering and exiting our site as well as for the proper operation within it.
